Key Job ResponsibilitiesAs a seasoned administrator, you will excel in both leadership and technical aspects of Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning. This role is critical for maintaining system integrity, streamlining consolidation and planning processes, overseeing integrations with data warehouses and ERP systems, and driving automation and reporting improvements across both platforms.Configure adaptive models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes effectively.Manage data agents and integrations with ERP/EDW efficiently.Design, configure, and maintain dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions accurately.Own mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls; troubleshoot and resolve load exceptions promptly.Build advanced formulas (lookup, allocation, driver-based) and maintain alternate reporting hierarchies skillfully.Develop and support HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboards creatively.Manage role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across Adaptive rigorously.Coordinate with IT/EDW on schema changes, performance, and data lineage; document interfaces and SLAs thoroughly.Orchestrate forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal); manage versions, locks, and workflow efficiently.Drive tie-outs to FCCS and legacy Essbase reports; investigate mapping deltas and timing differences meticulously.Create/maintain playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklists; lead user enablement and office hours effectively.Provide training, documentation, and Tier-2/3 support professionally.FCCS Responsibilities:Maintain FCCS metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules accurately.Oversee close cycles; validate data loads; troubleshoot variances efficiently.Configure Data Management workflows and mappings successfully.Develop Smart View reports and support statutory reporting comprehensively.Automate tasks using EPM Automate and REST APIs innovatively.
