Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager for FINTECH PRODUCT. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing features, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. They will also be involved in market research, product roadmap development, and driving product innovation.


Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Work directly with the founder to define and articulate the product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain product roadmaps for the app that align with business objectives and market needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand user needs and pain points. Use this information to drive product improvements and new feature development.
  • Documentation: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that communicate product specifications and business needs to the development team.
  • Project Management: Oversee the product development process from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement and ensure products meet user expectations and business objectives.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for product enhancements and innovations that will drive growth and improve user satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. OR equivalent experience that can be demonstrated with prior work.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related industry experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering web applications and services for customers.
  • Experience defining vision and strategy for a product.
  • Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups, and guide the team through key milestones.
  • Experience in analyzing data sets and making decisions based on data.
  • Experience in gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively, propose innovative solutions, and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and convey complex ideas.
  • The ability to manage budgets and timelines in terms of product development and customer delivery.
