Do you have expertise in SQL Server-based ETL processes and transforming complex data structures?Job Title: SQL Server Data EngineerWe are seeking an experienced SQL Server Data Engineer to lead and execute the migration of data from Oracle Fusion into Salesforce. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects and functional teams to design, build, and optimize SQL Server-based staging and transformation processes.The responsibilities of this role include:Designing and building robust ETL processes for migrating data from Oracle Fusion into Salesforce using T-SQL, stored procedures, and SQL jobs.Creating and maintaining staging tables, mappings, and transformation logic to align Oracle Fusion data structures with Salesforce objects.Analyzing Oracle Fusion data model (customers, accounts, contacts, opportunities, transactions, etc.) and mapping it to Salesforce standard and custom objects.Developing comprehensive data validation and reconciliation scripts/reports to ensure completeness and accuracy pre- and post-load.Optimizing SQL queries and jobs for performance and scalability on large data volumes in SQL Server.Collaborating closely with onsite Salesforce functional/technical teams to align on object model, required fields, and data constraints.Working with Oracle Fusion functional/technical teams to understand source data, business rules, and data quality issues.Troubleshooting and resolving dataload issues, referential integrity problems, and performance bottlenecks during mock cycles and cutover.Preparing and maintaining technical documentation (mapping documents, conversion design, runbooks, data dictionaries).
