About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Statistical Programmer with advanced CDISC knowledge and R programming expertise to work as part of our statistical and programming team.Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in programming datasets and TFLs, developing dataset specifications that conform to CDISC data standards, attending internal and client study team meetings, mentoring less experienced members, communicating directly with other team members and key contacts, sharing updates on ongoing work internally and at client meetings, collaborating with the internal team to deliver high-quality results on time, contributing programming expertise and wider industry knowledge as required, and providing support and mentoring for more inexperienced members.The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in R programming language.Key Responsibilities:Program and QC Datasets and TFLs: Develop, implement, and maintain programming scripts to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop Dataset Specifications: Create dataset specifications that meet CDISC data standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all datasets.Collaborate with Study Teams: Work closely with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality results, attend meetings, and provide timely updates on project progress.Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to less experienced team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise.Daily Interactions:Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with other team members and key contacts to share updates, discuss project progress, and address any concerns or issues.Share Updates: Regularly share updates on ongoing work with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with project goals.Deliver High-Quality Results: Work collaboratively with the internal team to deliver high-quality results on time, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.Contribute Expertise: Share programming expertise and wider industry knowledge with the team, helping to drive innovation and improvement.Provide Support: Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to more inexperienced team members, helping them grow and develop in their roles.
