Principal Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Software Test EngineerThis is a key role within our organization. We are looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer to join our team and contribute their expertise in software development and testing.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile and API testing.Define and implement test strategies ensuring high-quality software releases.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.Implement performance, load and security testing strategies to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.Identify, document and track defects working closely with developers to resolve them.Mentor junior engineers promote best practices and drive quality initiatives across teams.Evaluate and introduce new testing tools technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.Work closely with developers product managers and DevOps teams to enhance software reliability.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.Strong programming skills in languages such as Java Python C# or JavaScript.Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium Cypress Playwright Appium TestNG JUnit etc).Experience in API testing using tools like Postman Rest Assured or Karate.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD Azure DevOps).Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter Gatling or k6.Experience with cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP).Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies TDD and BDD.Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with security testing concepts (e.g. OWASP penetration testing).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes).Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases.Exposure to AI/ML testing or blockchain testing is a plus.ISTQB or other relevant certifications.BenefitsRemote First PolicyComprehensive Insurance PolicyA chance to have a huge impact early in your career
