The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proactive and have excellent analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop Financial Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to create comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with our business objectives.Financial Analysis: Conduct regular monthly and annual financial assessments to inform strategic decisions and ensure the long-term sustainability of our business.Cost-Saving Initiatives: Identify and recommend opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage accurate financial reports, including profit/loss statements, budgets, and forecasts, to provide transparency and visibility into our financial performance.Cash Flow Management: Monitor expenses, optimize cash flow, and ensure timely payments to maintain a healthy financial position.Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to minimize risk and maintain our reputation.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is essential for this role.Finance or Accounting Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks), and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience with Budgeting and Forecasting: Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to drive business growth and improvement.
