We are looking for a highly motivated research consultant to assist in our efforts on large-scale user engagement predictive models.Key Responsibilities include:Developing models to analyze user behavior patterns and predict their likelihood of leaving, along with plausible reasons behind their behavior.Building causal inference–based intervention models aimed at retaining users on the platform.Contributing to developing and evaluating models leveraging pre-trained LLMs.Collaborating with other research scientists, engineers, and product teams fostering a stimulating environment.Improving millions of OTT platform users' experience by leveraging AI capabilities.Sharing insights and participating in external academic workshops and conferences.Job RequirementsA successful candidate should have:Expertise in machine learning and data analytics.Familiarity with user behavior patterns and predictive modeling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a collaborative environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
