AI Model DeveloperWe are seeking an AI Model Developer to design, develop, and deploy predictive models using machine learning algorithms.Key Responsibilities:Create robust data models and schemas for large-scale datasets.Develop embeddings for skills and user profiles to drive recommendations and similarity analysis.Train, validate, and fine-tune ML models on diverse datasets.Apply advanced statistical techniques for insights and product development.Work with BigData tools such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataproc to build scalable pipelines.Manage deployments across multi-cloud environments and optimize workflows for cost and performance.Write clean, testable code using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and contribute to internal libraries.Requirements:3–5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, and data analytics.Advanced proficiency in Python and core libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).Experience with GCP BigData tools and knowledge of multi-cloud environments.Proven expertise in statistical analysis techniques and data modeling principles.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
