You are here to build a real-time, high-trust, high-retention parent community across platforms, age groups, and needs, and extend that trust through meaningful creator collaborations.From resolving queries quickly to running expert-led sessions, scaling parent-to-parent conversations, and nurturing creator partnerships that amplify parent stories, this role is for someone who wants to create daily value and see that value reflected in a parent’s relief, action, and return.What You’ll OwnEnd-to-end parent experience: How a parent feels, interacts, and stays with usDaily engagement: Lead conversations across app forums, WhatsApp groups, and live sessionsFast, accurate query resolution: Coordinate with Doctors, Experts, Content, and internal stakeholdersCommunity onboarding: Design high-conversion journeys for new parents and make them feel seen from day oneRetention building: Spot drop-offs and create content and engagement loops to bring parents backInfluencer partnerships and creator outreach: Identify, onboard, and build strong, ongoing relationships with creators, parent influencers, and community champions to drive conversations, share credible experiences, and strengthen trustWorkshop and event support: Curate, moderate, and follow up on parent workshops (online)Feedback loops: Capture daily insights and work with the product, content, and growth teams to improveModeration and safety: Ensure a respectful, safe space for diverse parenting voicesWho You AreA community-first thinker who understands the difference between reach and retentionSharp at writing and even sharper at listening, able to decode what parents do not sayFast, dependable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-throughExperienced in running WhatsApp or app-based communities and understanding what drives engagementSkilled at identifying, onboarding, and nurturing creators and influencers who align with community valuesComfortable speaking with Parents, Doctors, and Experts, and confident in holding your groundOrganized and methodical, with an eye for metrics, insights, and playbook improvementBonus if You’veExperience working in a startupBuilt communities for a parenting, health, or wellness brandManaged influencer or creator partnershipsHandled consumer onboarding or brand collaborationsExperience as a parent yourself and can relate to what we mean by “frazzled mom at 2 AM”Why This Role MattersParentune is India’s most trusted parenting community.
