What you’ll do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect

The ideal candidate should have 10 years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in Node.js, React, and MongoDB.

Proficiency in designing and refactoring code, coupled with a passion for optimizing performance, is essential.

The Architect will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our development team, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our banking applications.

- Lead the architectural design and development of banking applications, focusing on lending, collections, and loan platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Proficiency in estimating project timelines, resource requirements, and costs accurately, based on project scope and complexity.
- Ability to provide comprehensive architecture designs that align with business requirements, industry best practices, and scalability considerations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our banking systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and align technology solutions accordingly.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members, contributing to building a high-performing development team.

What we seek in you:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in software development, with a focus on backend and frontend technologies.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and MongoDB in designing and developing complex applications.
- Strong understanding of banking domain concepts, particularly in lending, collections, and loan platforms.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Experience in guiding and mentoring development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
