HR and Payroll Implementation ExpertWe are seeking a skilled Senior Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team responsible for delivering high-quality implementations of our core HRMS product. Qualified candidates possess exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong motivation to provide excellent customer service.Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of payroll systems to consult on best practices and assist clients in designing and building a solution that meets their needs.Collaborating cross-functionally and amongst a team on new customer implementations, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.Serving as the subject matter expert for clients on our Ready product, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.Key Responsibilities:Staying up-to-date on the latest product features and functionality, applying this knowledge to drive consistency and excellence in our delivery practices.Defining processes and best practices for the services organization, leveraging your experience to drive efficiency and quality.Utilizing advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP, to format data files and import into UKG Ready, streamlining the implementation process.Requirements:A minimum of 5 years' experience implementing payroll products/systems, including Workforce Ready/SAP HCM/PeopleSoft/ADP HCM.A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in business administration or a related field.
