Dynamics Consultant Job OpportunityAs a seasoned professional in Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support and expertise to our clients.Troubleshooting complex issues related to Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.Providing expert-level assistance with Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE through plugins, JavaScript, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.Leading system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments to ensure seamless operations.Managing solution lifecycles using DevOps and ALM best practices.Serving as an escalation point for critical issues.Driving best practice adoption across the team.Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications or Change Requests.Requirements:Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a technical role.Expertise in creating plugins, JavaScript, and Azure function apps.Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages).In-depth knowledge of D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with third-party APIs and custom integrations.Microsoft certifications PL-200 and PL-400 are highly valued.Experience working with DevOps, ALM processes, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.Familiarity with SQL data migration and reporting tools.Azure services and PowerShell scripting skills are a plus.
