Visual Communications SpecialistContribute to the development and enhancement of our online presence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the visual identity of the company, including logo variations, color palette, typography, and style guidelines.Create visually appealing graphics for email campaigns, newsletters, and product listings.Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate execution of UI/UX designs.Conduct research on design trends, competitors, and industry developments.Design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.Identify opportunities for creative improvement in ongoing projects.Assist in managing website updates and content uploads.Ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.Develop compelling and effective logos, designs, print, and digital media.Proficient in working with WordPress-based CMS Websites & Themes.Stay updated with current industry and technology standards.Regularly create social media posts and design different layouts & templates.Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions on various digital products.Work in coordination with the creative graphics team.Provide creative ideas and design skills for social media promotions.Support web developers with graphic elements and design ideas.Develop templates for landing pages and email marketing newsletters.Expert in making flyers, brochures, logos, business cards, and other collaterals.Determine the message the design should convey.Create images that represent a product or convey a message.Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites.Support web designers and the social media team with all required graphic works.Select colors, images, text styles, and layouts.Deep understanding of color and typography for the web.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Curious with a strong sense of initiative, follow-through, and ability to deliver results on-time.Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is beneficial.Ability to manage multiple creative projects.Knowledge of current design trends and technologies.Deep understanding of client requirements with clarity and feasibility.Work in coordination with the web development team and support each other.Develop layouts, templates, themes, color palettes, and other required graphical elements for any web portal/application.Ability to edit and manipulate existing themes to deliver a brand new product.Responsible for determining technical requirements and client deliverables.Design attractive and elegant splash pages/welcome pages for websites immediately after sales.Search for related themes and templates according to the client's company nature and deliver a basic/advanced website.Manage timelines and be in effective communication with clients during each phase of development.Communicate and interact with clients to offer 100% satisfaction on their requirements.Incorporate design and procedural elements suggested by clients during project development.Perform minor changes requested by clients and understand its possibility in their current website.Upsell and propose new modules and operations towards existing customers.Help other members and provide necessary assistance in the upgradation and maintenance of websites.Take responsibilities towards maintenance packages offered by clients.
