Job Title: Chess InstructorWe are seeking an experienced and passionate chess teacher to join our team. As a Chess Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching children aged 6-16 years old online.Responsibilities:Teaching Children:Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of each student.Use various teaching methods to ensure students grasp the concepts and enjoy the learning process.Provide one-on-one attention to students who require additional support.Encourage students to participate in tournaments and other chess-related events.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of chess strategies and techniques.Experience in teaching children (mandatory).Relevant working experience is required.Requirements:Good communication skills in English and Hindi.Laptop and good internet connection are necessary.Benefits:As a Chess Instructor with us, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule.Salary Structure:Per Session Basis for 7 AM - 9 PM1-25 Sessions: Rs. 125/- per session + Rs.75/- per demo25-60 Sessions: Rs. 150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo61-80 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo81 & Above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demoMinimum Pay Guarantee:4 hours:Month 1: 4000 INRMonth 2: 8000 INRMonth 3 and onwards: 12000 INR6 hours:Month 1: 5500 INRMonth 2: 10500 INRMonth 3 and onwards: 16000 INRYou are eligible for minimum pay guarantee if you meet the above requirements.
