This full-time role requires 4 to 6 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in reports, and adhering to financial regulations and procedures.Qualifications and SkillsProven expertise in financial reporting with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.Proficiency in accounting software, enabling efficient financial data management and reporting. (Mandatory skill)Ability to prepare accurate tax filings and handle complex tax-related issues with precision and attention to detail.Strong budgeting skills, capable of planning and forecasting to maintain financial health and strategic growth.Excellent analytical skills for evaluating financial data and providing insights for informed decision-making.Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records and transactions to prevent discrepancies and errors.Effective communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial team members and stakeholders.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily accounting activities to maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records.Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while maintaining updated knowledge of industry practices.Conduct audits and reviews of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.Prepare and file tax documents, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations.Engage in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning and resource allocation.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and facilitate effective resource management.Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes, increase efficiency, and enhance financial controls.
