We serve multiple clients with diverse use cases, from intelligent chatbots to complex workflow automations.We believe in the power of AI-assisted coding. If you are a developer who leverages tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf to ship features 10x faster than the average dev, we want you. You will be responsible for building end-to-end AI applications, ensuring model accuracy, and managing integrations across different tech stacks.What You Will Do- End-to-End Development: Build and deploy full-stack AI applications (Frontend + Backend + AI Logic) for diverse client requirements.- AI Integration & Architecture: Design robust RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and seamless API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).- Optimization & Accuracy: You won't just connect an API; you will obsess over output quality. This includes prompt engineering, setting up evaluation frameworks (evals), and fine-tuning specifically for accuracy and reliability.- High-Velocity Coding: Utilize AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude) to prototype, refactor, and ship production-ready code rapidly.- Multi-Context Management: Handle 2-3 client projects simultaneously, switching contexts efficiently while maintaining code quality.What We Are Looking For- Full Stack Proficiency: Strong command of Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and TypeScript/JavaScript (Next.js/React/Node).- AI Native: Deep understanding of LLMs, Context Windows, Vector Databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/Supabase), and Frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex/Vercel AI SDK).- Tooling Expert: You are an expert at prompting AI coding tools.
