**Job Title:** Frontend DeveloperAt our organization, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Developer to join our technical team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on various projects, collaborate with a talented group of professionals, and contribute to the growth and development of our company.Job Description:Design, implement, and maintain high-performance web applications using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.Manage existing UI stacks and introduce new features to improve user experience and engagement.Establish monitoring, CI/CD processes for all web applications to ensure seamless deployment and performance.Keep the technical stack up to date and well-maintained to meet the ever-evolving needs of our business.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Experience: 1-3 years of proven work experience in backend development, distributed systems, and frontend engineering.Proficient in ReactJS, Next JS, and other popular frontend frameworks.Strong knowledge of UI kits, CSS frameworks, and JavaScript libraries.Experience with dependency management tools like NPM, Git, and GitHub.Knowledge of SOA principles and practices.Development experience with Git version control framework.Writing unit tests is advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Building User Interface (UI): Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive, and reusable UI components using ReactJS.State Management & Data Handling: Implement efficient state management using tools like Redux, Context API, or Recoil.API Integration: Connect the application with backend services and APIs, handle asynchronous data fetching, and manage responses and errors effectively.Performance Optimization: Optimize app performance by reducing re-renders, improving load times, and implementing best practices for memory and rendering efficiency.Testing, Debugging & Deployment: Write unit and integration tests, debug issues across devices, and assist in deploying apps to the web.Functional/Behavioral Competencies:Creative ThinkingAnalytical MindsetEmpathy and Audience AwarenessAdaptabilityAttention to DetailTime ManagementProactive InitiativeCommunication & CollaborationHow to Apply:Send your resume and cover letter to us.
