Senior Software Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our agile development team and take ownership of delivering high-quality software through advanced testing strategies.This is a hands-on role where you will design and implement automation frameworks, execute complex test plans, and drive an AI-first approach to quality assurance.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and automation, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.Lead Testing Initiatives: Develop robust testing strategies and automation platforms.Hands-On Execution: Author and execute functional test cases and automation scripts for complex features.Automation Expertise: Define and implement automation strategies, protocols, and frameworks.Performance & Accessibility: Conduct performance testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.Continuous Improvement: Recommend architectural improvements for scalability and reliability of testing methodologies.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure sprint commitments are met.AI-Driven QA: Leverage AI agents to automate test execution and reduce reliance on traditional scripts.You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing frameworks, executing complex test plans, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our software products.To succeed in this role, you will need to have:8–13 years overall in Software Testing.6+ years in Automation Testing.3+ years hands-on experience with Cypress and TypeScript for UI automation.Experience with performance testing using K6.API testing using Postman.Accessibility tools like Wave and AudioEye.DevOps Knowledge: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.Future-Ready Mindset: Ability to leverage AI agents for automated testing.
