Job OverviewThe Informatica Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Informatica platforms within a highly secure on-prem banking environment.The role requires administering, managing, and supporting Informatica PowerCenter / BDM / IDQ to ensure platform availability and compliance with regulatory standards.Main Responsibilities:Platform Administration: Install, configure, and upgrade Informatica PowerCenter/BDM/IDQ on Linux servers.Configuration Management: Configure repository services, integration services, nodes, grids, clusters, and high availability.User Account Management: Manage user accounts, LDAP/SAML integration, and role-based access control.Data Security: Implement SSL, certificates, encryption, and security hardening.Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, and resolve platform issues.Release Deployments: Support release deployments across Dev → SIT → UAT → PROD environments.Key Requirements:Informatica Expertise: 6–10+ years of hands-on experience as an Informatica Administrator (PowerCenter/BDM/IDQ).Linux Administration: Strong Linux administration and shell scripting expertise.Integration Knowledge: Good understanding of Cloudera/Hadoop ecosystem integration with Informatica BDM.CDC Frameworks: Understanding of CDC frameworks; DataStage to BDM migration is a plus.About the Role:This is a critical position that requires strong technical expertise in Informatica platforms, Linux administration, and integration knowledge.We are looking for a skilled administrator who can work closely with Cloudera, Teradata, and Oracle teams for connectivity and data movement.
