Job TitleArtificial Intelligence Research SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated research consultant to collaborate with our team in developing cutting-edge AI models for large-scale user engagement predictive analytics.Key Responsibilities:Develop machine learning models to analyze user behavior patterns on OTT platforms and predict their likelihood of leaving the platform.Build causal inference-based intervention models to retain users on the platform.Contribute to developing and evaluating AI models leveraging pre-trained language models.Collaborate closely with other research scientists, engineers, and product teams to foster a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment.Contribute to improving the experience of millions of OTT platform users by leveraging AI capabilities.Share insights and participate in external academic workshops and conferences to contribute to the research community.Essential Qualifications:Candidates with a Ph.D./Master degree from a Computer Science/AI/ML academic background.A strong background in applied deep learning and machine learning, both conceptually and practically.Good understanding of handling large-scale datasets with SQL.Knowledge of current state-of-the-art machine learning literature.Prior experience in developing large-scale prediction and reasoning models.Strong knowledge and interest in fine-tuning, training, and using LLMs.Proficiency in hands-on Python and one or more popular deep learning frameworks.Ability to envision new ideas and prove them through theory and/or experiments.
