Job Location: Congo DRC.

Company Details: Company is into Agro processing - milling; crop process; biscuit plant etc. and growing..

Language : French / local Swahili spoken language - ability to comprehend and speak with local team members.

Reporting to: Factory Manager

Qualification: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering

Indicative Key Result Areas:

• Reducing the down time of machine
• Troubleshooting
• Develop skill operator
• Training and development
• Increase productivity and efficiency

Experience Required:

• Responsible for the manufacture of product packaging, minimizing the waste and safety ensure etc.
• 12 - 15 years same Biscuit field.
• Should have deep knowledge of Biscuit Wrapping Machine Installation, expert in change over according to different SKU sizes, Flow Wrap packing Machine like Multipack, MLT, SVM, ABM, Swinger, sincropack etc.
• All types of FFS Pouches Packing Machine like Rovema, Nicrome, AMP Rose, Bosch, Wright, TNA and PLC programming, VFD setting.
• Apart from packing machines, have good knowledge regarding Maintenance of all types of mixers, conveyors, sifters, silos etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Observes operation and speed of packing machine and makes adjustment, replacement of parts, fabrication mechanical equipment’s when necessary.
• Installing, maintaining, repairing, swift trouble shooting
• Following SOP health and safety guideline.
• Quickly diagnose issue, identification of Root cause and implement effective solution to minimize the downtime.
• Weekly and fortnightly maintenance, Lubrication, cleaning of machine.
• Maintain the spare part of all machine and raise purchase request according to requirements and consumption.
• Have good knowledge of the all type of packing machine Multipack, MLT, SVM, ABM, Swinger, etc.
• Monitoring machine performance daily and weekly basis.
• Documenting Production statistics base on packing machine speed hrs. and daily basis.
• ** Willingness to work in Rotational shifts.
