Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Service & Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for a professional with 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, sales, and business development, particularly within the events industry. If you have a passion for creating impactful client experiences and driving growth, we would love to meet you
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the event industry.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow our client base and expand our market reach.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute client projects efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure smooth execution of events, addressing any issues proactively.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and client behavior to identify opportunities and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in client service, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the events industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
