Overcoming infertility challenges requires a team of experts dedicated to ensuring a smooth and hurdle-free journey towards pregnancy. As an IVF consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping couples achieve their dream of parenthood.Key Responsibilities:Complete IPD and OT work at the start of the day.Begin OPD consultations and provide counselling to all patients.Perform IUI and sonography.Issue prescriptions and investigation requisitions.Conduct IPD rounds with Assistant Doctors (RMO) and nursing staff in the morning and evening.Ensure patient files, daily orders, monitoring charts, and investigations are complete and updated.Verify IPD and OT consents for newly admitted patients.Handle operative procedures (OPU, ET, Hysteroscopy) — ensuring timely start and proper pre-op preparation.Assist or conduct OT procedures, record anaesthesia and OT notes, and give post-op orders.Take post-operative rounds, counsel patient relatives, and ensure post-op orders are followed.Supervise software entries for post-operative findings by nursing and assistant staff.Approve discharges, verify documentation, and hand over files to HR.Attend to emergency situations, seeking guidance from senior gynecologists when required.Participate in camps and outreach OPDs.Monitor and manage all clinical staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
