Oracle VBCS Lead RoleAs a remote position, this role requires flexibility to work in US rotational shifts while collaborating with global teams and clients.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end design and development of applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).Develop, test, and deploy custom web and mobile applications integrated with Oracle Fusion Cloud (FSCM/HCM).Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OCI services.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Architect reusable UI components and ensure adherence to Oracle UX and coding standards.Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.Manage version control, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipelines for VBCS applications.Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.Document designs, integration flows, and deployment configurations.Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and leverage new features for application enhancement.### RequirementsStrong technical skills in Oracle VBCS, FSCM/HCM, and OIC.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.### BenefitsRemote work opportunities with flexible schedules.Collaborative team environment with global colleagues.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
