In this role, you will transform customer data into actionable insights, helping our Customer Success Managers optimize customer experience, adoption, and retention.What You'll Do:Data Analysis & InsightsPerform in-depth analysis of customer and campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.Structure and manage large data sets using Python, BigQuery, and Excel to ensure accuracy and usability.Generate actionable insights that improve campaign performance, customer experience, and retention.Create and maintain dashboards/reports to track performance metrics tied to revenue and success outcomes.Campaign OptimizationPartner with Customer Success Managers to analyze campaign data, assess performance, and recommend optimization strategies.Measure campaign effectiveness against defined KPIs and provide insights to improve ROAS and client satisfaction.Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with Customer Success Managers, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align insights with business priorities.Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with data-driven insights for key accounts.Translate business requirements into clear, actionable data insights and reports.Process Improvement & ReportingRecommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within Customer Success operations.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.You'll Thrive If You Have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role (preferably in SaaS/B2B environment).Proficiency in Python, BigQuery, Excel, Data Analysis.Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Why Choose Osmos?Startup Energy, Enterprise Scale: Fast-paced innovation with global ambitionRevolutionize Retail Marketing: Be at the forefront of AI-powered solutionsMeaningful Contribution: Directly impacts major brands' successNo Red Tape: Autonomy and empowerment to drive resultsGrowth & Fun: Continuous learning in a vibrant, collaborative cultureCompetitive Rewards: We value your expertise and offer strong compensationReady to champion Business Analyst ?
