The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the subject, excellent instructional skills, and experience in managing live classes and digital student interactions.Deliver high-quality instruction for CA Foundation and related exams through live classes.Create engaging YouTube sessions to cater to a broader audience.Develop and curate Economics content for booklets and mock tests, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Design theory notes, question banks, and prepare exam-aligned materials.Provide personalized support for students, addressing doubts and evaluating test results.Take ownership of the Economics subject, overseeing teaching, content creation, and academic outcomes.Essential QualificationsThe successful candidate must possess:In-depth knowledge of Economics at the entrance exam level.Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.Able to create error-free academic content, proofread, and structure it effectively.Experience in handling both live batches and digital/online student interactions.Familiarity with the CA Foundation syllabus.Proficiency in online teaching tools, content creation, and feedback management.A self-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
