We're seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative AI solutions.As a highly skilled professional with 6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI solutions.The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in RAG systems, Agentic AI, and working with open-source Large Language Models (LLMs).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy enterprise-level AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and multimodal AI systems.Implement and optimize RAG architectures, vector search, retrieval workflows, query rewriting, and prompt tuning.Build Agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.Integrate, fine-tune, and evaluate open-source LLMs and multimodal models for real-world use cases.Measure, refine, and enhance AI solution performance using evaluation frameworks and model metrics.Troubleshoot and debug complex ML and AI workflows with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for integration, deployment, and solution scalability.Requirements6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development with at least one production-grade AI use case.Strong practical experience in RAG-based or Agentic AI implementations for global clients.Hands-on expertise with open-source LLMs and multimodal models.Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or similar.Strong understanding of AI evaluation, refinement, and benchmarking.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.BenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.
