We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI expert to guide our teams in building advanced systems based on Large Language Models. As a GenAI Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions, as well as mentoring the engineering team.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical design and development of AI solutions that align with business goals and technical standards.Design and build high-performing AI applications in cloud environments.Mentor the development team, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices.Collaborate with AI Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver effective AI solutions.Requirements include 10+ years of experience in AI/software engineering, including 4 years in a Tech Lead role, and expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, and RAG mechanisms.Desirable Skills:6+ years of experience in production-ready Python AI-related code development.2+ years of experience in production-ready LLM-related code development.Advanced knowledge of AI frameworks and experience leading AI projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize AI solutions.Deep understanding of LLM evaluators, validators, and guardrails.Proficiency in LLMOps concepts such as GenAI operationalization and scaling.Excellent knowledge of Python, SQL, and GenAI frameworks.Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD, testing, and containerized deployments.A collaborative approach to leadership, with experience mentoring diverse technical teams, is required. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
