Quality Analyst
Position Overview
Quality Analyst will be responsible to assist the team through learning needs by conducting trainings, Quality Checks, Floor support and feedback sessions with the team.
Essential Job Functions:
· Responsible for quality assurance of verification of Homeowners insurance and employment and monitor written and verbal correspondence as per defined checklist and provide coaching
· Interpret policies while analyzing applicant information, property and documentation
· Comprehensive understanding of mortgage guidelines for respective area
· Conduct agenda driven training to improvement process understanding of the team
· Support new hires/ team members with query resolution
· Conduct coaching session with team members and share feedback on areas of improvement
· Act as a back up to TL in the absence of aligned Team Leader
Requirements:
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Understanding of quality methodology and tools such as RCA etc. and attention to detail
· Ability to assess soft skills
· Has demonstrated ability to conduct coaching sessions
· Self motivated with excellent time management
· Excellent knowledge of process scope
· Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills
· Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
· Able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time
· Problem-solver with strong analytical skills
· Adheres to directives, procedures, and standards
· Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Product Suite
· Flexible to work in 24/7 process including night shifts and weekends
