Senior Project Manager – Learning SolutionsLocation: Noida (Work from Office)About the RoleAs a Senior Project Manager at Infopro Learning, you will play a key leadership role in managing the complete project lifecycle — ensuring delivery of innovative learning solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, cost, and timelines.You will act as the central link between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, flawless project execution, and long-term account growth. This role calls for a blend of strong project management acumen, deep understanding of the eLearning domain, and practical knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.If you are passionate about leading teams, driving excellence, and transforming learning through technology and creativity, this is the perfect role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed project plans aligned with scope, budget, and client expectations.Ensure achievement of key success parameters — quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial targets.Coordinate seamlessly with SMEs, Instructional Design, and Media teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.Manage and strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, transparency, and value-driven interactions.Provide timely, structured feedback to internal teams to enhance performance and project outcomes.Drive continuous improvement through innovation, focusing on cost optimization, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement.Oversee day-to-day team management, including resourcing, workload balancing, and conflict resolution.Prepare and present Billing/MIS reports to clients and senior leadership.Manage external or contractual resources to ensure timely, high-quality output.Optimize resource utilization across people, tools, and technology to achieve operational efficiency.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.12+ years of experience in the online learning or corporate training industry.7+ years of project management experience leading large-scale learning projects.Proven experience managing teams of 30+ members across all project phases — initiation to delivery.Strong client engagement, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.Demonstrated success in driving decision-making and achieving project excellence.Preferred:Prior experience or understanding of Instructional Design and Adult Learning methodologies.PMP® / PMI certification highly desirable.
