The coordinator will serve as the local ambassador, connecting with school authorities and supporting the successful launch and integration of hands-on STEM programs.Main Responsibilities:Introduce OLL's Robotics and STEM learning initiatives to local schools.Organize demonstrations, workshops, and interactive sessions for students, teachers, and parents.Facilitate the setup and execution of Robotics labs and classes within partner schools.Support communication and relationships between OLL and school management.Track engagement and provide feedback on school progress, challenges, and success stories.Participate in training sessions and maintain high standards representing the brand.Report schedules, participation, and impact data for continuous improvement.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, STEM, or related fields.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Prior passion for STEM/Robotics education; willingness to learn and adapt.Good organizational skills handling multiple schools or events part-time.Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in local outreach.Language proficiency relevant to the city/schools assigned.
