Build Demand Forecasting ModelsDevelop models to predict occupancy, demand, pickup rateUse time-series, boosting models, or deep learningCapture seasonality, events, market trendsEvaluate and improve models continuously2. Build Dynamic Pricing AlgorithmsConvert forecasts into revenue-optimized price recommendationsImplement elasticity-based modelsIncorporate constraints (inventory, cancellation patterns)Ensure pricing stability + explainability3. Data EngineeringDesign data pipelines to ingest PMS booking dataClean, transform, and generate ML featuresBuild automated workflows for daily retraining4. MLOpsDeploy models using Docker / Kubernetes / cloud servicesSet up monitoring, logging, versioningImplement drift detection & auto-retraining5. Collaboration With Backend TeamWork with backend engineers to expose ML models as APIsSupport real-time inference pipelinesEnsure low-latency response times6.
