We are seeking a highly skilled Investigation Specialist to join our team.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to take on a key role in our investigation process. As an Investigation Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and editing reports submitted by claim investigators, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and completeness.Key Responsibilities:Draft comprehensive claim investigation reports based on collected evidence and investigator findings;Review and edit reports submitted by claim investigators for accuracy, clarity, and completeness;Ensure all reports meet company standards and legal requirements;Develop and implement quality control procedures for the report drafting process;Conduct regular audits of claim investigation reports to maintain high-quality standards;Identify areas for improvement in the report drafting process and implement corrective actions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;Proficient in medical terminology, disease classification, and understanding of line of treatment;Excellent command over English (both written and verbal);Advanced knowledge of computer applications, MS Office, and email communication;Experience in quality control or quality assurance in the insurance industry is preferred.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary package, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Contact Information:Please contact us to discuss this exciting opportunity further.
