The Community Relations Manager serves as BelleVie’s key representative, bridging communication between residents, brands, and brokers. This role is essential in managing core services such as rental, resale, and event coordination within society communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate property registration, tenant/buyer screening, and deal closures.
- Oversee agreement documentation and ensure smooth onboarding of residents.
- Manage brand applications and coordinate event execution.
- Maintain professional conduct, uphold data privacy, and handle escalations promptly.
- Engage in upselling opportunities while ensuring excellent client experiences.
- Participate in regular training sessions and meet performance benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, real estate, or event management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable with field job
