This role calls for a professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience, proficient in both design and video editing.


Responsibilities:

  • Artistic Leadership: Lead the creative team, providing vision, guidance, and artistic direction.
  • Visual Strategy: Develop and implement visual communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Design Excellence: Create captivating designs for a range of media, including web, print, and video.
  • Video Editing: Proficiently edit video content, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and communications.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project management of creative initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of design and content quality.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years in roles related to branding, art direction, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Video Editing: Strong command of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative Vision: A forward-thinking approach with the ability to develop creative strategies.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management and meeting deadlines.
