About the Role:We seek a Lead Database Engineer to drive database solutions.Key Responsibilities:Configure and optimize database software, and related productsSet up and troubleshoot database replicationCollaborate with technology teams for development, maintenance, testing, implementation, and support of assigned database technologiesMaintain strong performance and tuning skills to identify, respond, and resolve database performance issuesAbout You:You will be responsible for configuring, patching, upgrading, and optimizing database software and related products. Your expertise in security, backup/recovery, architecture, networking, and administration is essential.You will work closely with technology teams for development, maintenance, testing, implementation, and support of assigned database technologies. You should maintain strong performance and tuning skills to proactively monitor database issues escalated by the business team.Requirements:Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) Automation toolsAbility to handle large to enterprise project/initiativesAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsProven track record to proactively plan and coordinate larger technical and architectural effortsYour Benefits:You will have opportunities to work on cloud-hosted services like AWS, Azure, and integrate vendor and open-source products into an overall system.
