To partner with us on this exciting journey, we are seeking passionate, self-driven professionals for the role of Deputy/Head Civil - Mines (Aluminium). This is a vital role that will be crucial in unlocking increased value and growth for the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To plan, co-ordinate & execute erection, and commissioning activities complying safety, quality and project schedule.
- To review engineering & execution drawing; approve budgets and drawings; highlight gaps & ensure timely completion.
- Contractual delivery of civil jobs with high focus on quality & safety. Manage resource and manpower at site for job completion.
- To look after the periodic progress reviews, highlighting delays & deviation, catch-up plan, resource, and manpower requirements.
- To plan budget & control fund flow vis-a-vis progress. Lead the team, provide training as required and develop them.
Successful Candidate:
- 60% and above throughout the education
- 10+ years relevant work experience BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- MBA or a Project Management Professional certification (preferred)
- Knowledge in relevant IS Standards and best engineering & construction practices followed in the industry
- Knowledge & exposure to project planning & tracking tools like MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, Auto-CAD, documentation management
