Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Statistical Programming Lead to oversee the programming activities for multiple studies and projects within our organization.This role involves leading teams of programmers in implementing project strategies, executing programming standards, and delivering high-quality results on time.Develop and maintain programming documentations following standard processes.Create CDISC standard SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM specifications.Oversee the development of SAS programs for creating datasets and reports following CDISC standards.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Leading statistical programming activities for various therapeutic areas and compounds.Developing and maintaining programming documents and standards.Creating CDISC standard specifications and overseeing their implementation.Mentoring junior programmers and contributing to the development of utility macros.Participating in CRF annotation, SAP review, TLFs specifications development, and TLFs review.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related field.7-8+ years of experience in clinical trial data processing in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry.Strong SAS programming skills with excellent analytical abilities.Knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical development principles and regulatory submissions.Preferred QualificationsOncology Therapeutic area experience is preferred, as well as prior PTL experience.
