Statistical Data AnalystKey Responsibilities:We're seeking a skilled statistical data analyst to develop, validate, and maintain ADaM datasets, TLFs, and other analytical outputs for clinical trials.You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance in all programming deliverables, specifically supporting Oncology studies.This role involves contributing to ISS/ISE activities, including dataset integration, analysis, and documentation.You'll work closely with statisticians, data managers, and clinical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of programming outputs.In addition, you'll assist in regulatory submissions and RTQs, providing clear, traceable, and compliant programming outputs.As part of an agile environment, you'll participate in sprint meetings, planning, and continuous improvement discussions.You'll also work with internal tools and platforms, following established standards and governance.Your troubleshooting skills will be essential in resolving data/programming issues and proposing process enhancements.Familiarity with CDISC standards, good programming practices, and audit-ready documentation is required.Required Skills & Qualifications:A minimum of 4 years of experience in the industryProficiency in R programming(Intermediate candidates with strong learning intent and ability to upskill quickly will also be considered)Solid experience in SAS programming, especially in a clinical/biostatistics environmentHands-on expertise in ADaM dataset development and TLF programmingGood understanding of CDISC standards and clinical trial data flowStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teamsBenefits:The opportunity to work on impactful Oncology research with global teamsA continuous learning and upskilling environmentA collaborative, agile work cultureExposure to end-to-end statistical programming lifecycle and regulatory submissionsWe offer a dynamic work environment where you can grow professionally and contribute to meaningful projects.
