I’m also happy to coordinate or answer any questions you may have via Mail/call if you prefer.Shift Timings: 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM ISTJob Title: Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead - Alternative InvestmentLocation: RemoteJob Description :2+years relevant experienceResources will work until 10/10:30am pacific on a daily basisResources will have direct access to investment & research folders and client's email addresses (if necessary)Need quantitative and qualitative skills setsGood written and verbal communication skills (fluent English)Nice to have: experience with BI tools such as QuickSight or PowerBIActivitiesDeal Analysisloan portfolio purchasesLoan stratification analysisHistorical performance reviewsPrice modelingcredit facilitiesForecast modelingCumulative collections curvesRunoff modelsOther specialty finance opportunitiesCreate investment memos and other research summariesConduct market researchSummarize qualitative and quantitative aspects of the dealPerformance Analysis and Valuation SupportTrack monthly performance of positionsCollect and cleanse data tapes and other inputs from external counterpartiesTrack expected vs. actual performance variancesFlag and identify deviations from assumptionsAssist FinOps team and Valuation Committee in updating valuation modelsPortfolio Management & MonitoringMonitor covenants, audit support, and review draw requests for complianceMonitor Credit Facility positions on Cascade Debt and excel BBC modelsRequest information from counterparties such as company financials, bank balancesPerform data and calculation audits on a rotating quarterly schedulePull/request portfolio tapes and Borrowing Base Certificates (BBCs) on Excel and data agent systemsReview portfolio tapes and BBCs. Cleanse/standardize data and flag abnormalitiesOtherHelp manage and maintain standardized formats and dealroom foldersHelp maintain CRM, LMS, and other systemsDevelop internal procedures of the aforementioned processes
