You’ll need to have your own development-ready computer and the willingness to collaborate closely with our team.If you value long-term working relationships, a steady flow of creative projects, and a team that respects your talent—this is the place for you.What You Will DoBuild and polish interactive applications, real-time experiences, or gameplay features using Unreal Engine (Blueprints and/or C++).Work with designers, artists, and developers to bring ideas from concept to reality.Take ownership of tasks assigned to you and deliver them with care, attention to detail, and on time.Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and consistently improve the quality of your work.Communicate openly, ask questions when needed, and collaborate in a positive, professional way.Maintain integrity—if you commit to a timeline, we expect your best effort to meet it.What We Expect (Commitment & Quality)We believe great collaborations come from mutual trust and dedication.
