Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical service and support to our customers. This involves providing expert advice on product, installation, and system operational matters, as well as ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries and warranty service requests.Key DutiesRegional Technical Service Responsibility: Ensure that all technical issues in your region are addressed in a timely and effective manner.Sell-through and Post-sales Activities: Work closely with sales teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while also ensuring smooth post-sales experiences for our customers.Technical Advice: Provide expert guidance to customers on product installation, system operation, and troubleshooting, helping them to get the most out of their smart energy solutions.Customer Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.Collaboration with Third-party Providers: Work with external service providers to ensure that any service-related issues are addressed quickly and to a high standard.Training and Development: Conduct training sessions, seminars, and webinars to educate customers and internal stakeholders about our products and services.Head Office Liaison: Maintain regular communication with our head office to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.Product Intelligence: Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to help inform our product development and marketing strategies.Project Management: Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing customer experience.Sales and Marketing Support: Provide input and support to our sales and marketing teams to help drive business growth and success.RequirementsWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or a related field.At least 5 years of relevant experience in the solar industry, with a strong track record of delivering excellent results.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and native language proficiency.About UsOur company is a leading provider of innovative microinverters and green power storage solutions.
