Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Azure Data Architect. The Azure Data Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing data architecture solutions, ensuring effective data governance, creating data models, and managing data warehousing initiatives. The role also involves designing and managing Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes. The architect will collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of data across the organization.

Required Skills:  

• MSBI Expertise : Strong knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) stack, including SSIS, SSAS , and SSRS . 
• Azure Data Services Expertise : Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory , Azure SQL Database , Azure Databricks , Azure Synapse Analytics , and Azure Data Fabric . 
• Architectural Design : Ability to design and implement complex data architecture solutions that are scalable, efficient, and secure. 
• Leadership & Communication : Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders at all levels. 
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Strong ability to analyze data requirements and implement suitable solutions with an emphasis on optimization, performance, and quality. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead the Design & Delivery : Take ownership of end-to-end data architecture delivery, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and meet business requirements while maintaining high-quality standards. 
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to execute Data & BI projects successfully. 
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and set clear objectives for project milestones. 
• Data Architecture Design : Architect and implement innovative, high-performance data solutions using MSBI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks , Azure Synapse Analytics , and Azure Data Fabric . 
• Mentorship : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and improvement. 
• Innovation : Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the Data & BI space. Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into the team's solutions. 
• Problem-Solving : Apply your strong analytical skills to solve complex business problems through well-architected data solutions and integrations.
