We deliver high-recovery, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions for industrial and municipal clients across India.Role: Proposal ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager with hands-on experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals for Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants and related products.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare complete techno-commercial proposals independently for ETP, STP, ZLD, RO, UF, and related systems.Understand client requirements, specifications, and tender documents.Coordinate with design & engineering teams for sizing, costing, and system design.Draft detailed proposals, BOQs, CAPEX & OPEX calculations, and technical write-ups.Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements and competitive in the market.Candidate RequirementsStrong knowledge of ETP, STP, ZLD, and advanced wastewater treatment design.Proven track record of making independent techno-commercial quotations.Experience in handling industrial wastewater and municipal projects.Excellent communication & documentation skills.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
