Cloud Software Engineer OpportunityWe're seeking a skilled Cloud Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will play a vital role in the development and maintenance of our cloud-based ITSM Integration platform.About the Role:You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure cloud solutions using C# and .NET Framework. Your expertise in microservice architecture, messaging services (Kafka or RabbitMQ), and containerization (Docker) will enable you to make significant contributions to our team.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop cloud-based features and services using C# and .NET FrameworkCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feature development, stability, scalability, and security of the ITSM Integration platformParticipate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and industry best practicesWork closely with customer support and quality assurance teams to address customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolutionAbout the Team:We are a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to transforming market challenges into innovative ideas and successful solutions that resonate with customers and achieve business objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or information science from a premier institution8-15 years of software development experience, including 3 years in cloud development with expertise in microservice architecture and messaging services like Kafka or RabbitMQExpert-level proficiency in C#, SQL database management, unit testing, automation testing, CI/CD deployment models, and .NET Framework to Code conversion for mid to large enterprise productsProficiency in platforms/runtimes like Kubernetes, Docker, and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a teamEagerness to learn, adapt quickly to new technologies, and demonstrate a commitment to designing for scalability and secure software development practices
