This role is highly hands-on and requires strong ownership, technical depth, and a problem-solving mindset. You will work closely with Engineering, People Operations, and Security teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a secure, compliant environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily IT operations: user onboarding/offboarding, hardware setup, and troubleshooting.Manage and monitor Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf Pro, and Jamf Protect for security and compliance.Review and remediate open security and compliance findings.Ensure 100% MFA enforcement, device encryption, and patch compliance across endpoints.Automate routine IT and security tasks using Google Apps Script, Bash, or Python.Maintain asset inventory, access control reviews, and security dashboards.Assist in audit evidence preparation for SOC2 / ISO27001 readiness.Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in IT administration or security operations.Strong understanding of:Google Workspace admin and security settingsIdentity management (Okta or similar IAM tools)MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune, or equivalent)Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or Google Apps Script).Familiarity with SOC2 / ISO27001 frameworks and compliance processes.Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.What We OfferJoin Locus and become part of a visionary team that is redefining logistics through innovation and smart distribution.
