Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Martech Specialist with 4-6 years of expertise to support our marketing technology (MarTech) stack and related integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing integrations between different marketing automation platforms, event management tools, and data systems. This role requires a strong background in data flow management, API usage, and SQL, coupled with excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Martech Stack Management:
- Manage and maintain various Martech tools, including but not limited to Marketo, marketing automation platforms, and event management tools.
- Handle day-to-day troubleshooting and optimization of integrations across platforms.
Integrations and Data Flow:
- Design and implement seamless integrations between marketing platforms and other internal systems.
- Monitor and optimize data flow to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Utilize APIs and SQL to manage data exchange and create custom integrations where necessary.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Martech projects, from requirement gathering to final delivery.
- Document project requirements, create detailed plans, and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Communication and Documentation:
- Develop comprehensive project documentation including technical requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Act as the point of contact for all Martech-related queries, providing clear and effective communication both written and verbal.
Technical Expertise:
- Leverage knowledge of APIs, databases, and SQL to customize, troubleshoot, and enhance system capabilities.
- Continuously explore and recommend new Martech solutions that can improve business efficiency.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable Martech solutions.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status, challenges, and milestones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Martech management, particularly with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong expertise in APIs, integrations, and database management (SQL).
- Proven experience leading and managing Martech projects end-to-end.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Experience with event management tools and platforms (preferred).
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of data protection laws and compliance (GDPR, CASL, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in working with global teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
