We are now looking for a Senior Graphics Manager to join our dynamic team and take the lead in creating exceptional visuals that captivate audiences and elevate brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Excellence:
Lead the creation of visually stunning and impactful designs for social media, mobile apps, and digital campaigns.
Conceptualize and execute innovative UI/UX designs that align with client branding and objectives.
Translate creative briefs into compelling visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.
UI/UX Expertise:
Design user-centric experiences for mobile applications and online platforms.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring seamless navigation and aesthetic appeal.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
Creativity and Ideation:
Develop original ideas for digital marketing campaigns, app interfaces, and brand identity.
Stay updated with design trends and technologies to ensure designs remain fresh and relevant.
Maintain a strong focus on storytelling and engagement through visuals.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, development, and content teams to align design goals with overall project objectives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers to enhance their skill sets and foster creativity within the team.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, maintain consistency, and adhere to project deadlines.
Revise and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining the creative integrity of the original concept.
Requirements:
Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for social media, mobile apps, and digital campaigns.
Proven track record of creating visually stunning creatives that deliver results.
Strong understanding of user behavior and how it translates into effective design solutions.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
Knowledge of prototyping tools and design systems.
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles for various platforms.
Education:
A degree from a premier design school such as NIFT, NID, or a similar institution.
Formal training in design, UI/UX, or visual arts will be highly regarded.
