This is a critical, dual-function role focused on maximising operational efficiency across our product modules and strategically controlling our core operating costs. You will be the vital link between the US and India teams, driving technical debt resolution, ensuring bug closure, and managing key vendor relationships and financial reporting.Core Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will be a tenured professional capable of delivering in these two essential areas:1. Operational Excellence & Bug Resolution:Ticket Ownership: Oversee the bug triage and resolution process across multiple product modules and products. Specifically, you will manage new tickets and bugs that arise during Indian time when the US team is out.Driver & Follow-up: Act as the "drill sergeant," proactively pushing, pushing, pushing by following up with development and QA teams to ensure all tickets and bugs are assigned, worked on, and closed.Goal Achievement: Directly own and ensure weekly goals are met for keeping the volume of tickets under control, aligning with objectives.Support Coordination: Work very closely with our India-based support team and support leadership.Reporting: Ensure timely updates in Jira and generate necessary status reports.2. Cost Management & Strategic Vendor Relations:Financial Stewardship: Help manage, track, and report on critical operating costs and provide financial reporting.Vendor Management & Negotiation: Manage and follow up with multiple US-based and Europe-based vendors. This includes being excellent at pricing and discount negotiation to keep costs in line.Data Analysis & Reporting: Must be comfortable crunching numbers and using Excel skills.
