AI Solutions Architect

As a senior AI technology architect, you will play a key role in driving cutting-edge innovation within our organization. You'll lead the development of sophisticated AI solutions that meet complex business needs, from problem definition and design through to production deployment and monitoring.You will be responsible for analyzing business challenges and crafting effective AI strategies, including architecture, approach selection, and feasibility assessments. This will involve implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and fine-tuning techniques to drive optimal performance.Key responsibilities include:Designing, building, and deploying scalable AI solutions with a focus on reliabilityDeveloping and integrating advanced AI frameworks and agentic systems to solve complex problemsApplying expert-level prompt engineering techniques and output post-processing strategiesDesigning and implementing end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, including CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoringMentoring junior engineers and leading project deliveryRequirements:6+ years total experience, with at least 1 year as a Data Scientist and remaining years in ML/AI Engineering or MLOps rolesProven experience working with early LLM architectures (BERT, RoBERTa, GPT-2, T5, or similar transformer models)Demonstrable track record of deploying LLM-based models to production environmentsExpert-level Python programming and strong software engineering fundamentalsHands-on experience with Azure cloud services and containerization for AI/ML workloadsExperience with MLOps tools and practices (model deployment, monitoring, experiment tracking)
